Absolutely fantastic

This author can write! He is one of the top thriller writer out there and I love his books and The Gray Man. I've fallen in love with Court Gentry. These books have so much action my head spins. I end up staying up way too late at night reading that I can barely focus on the words but can barely make myself put the book down and go to sleep. I also like the way Greany writes. He is a master. One caveat thought that most thriller writers do that spoils alot of the fun for me is the totally excessive use of profanity, especially the awful F word. Come on, it's sickening how many times it's used per page. It's nonsense that the author has to do this. It's like nude scenes in a movie that have nothing to do with the story , they're just there for for the fools who get off on that. Neither Lee Child nor Clive Cussler use profanity and they are hugely popular so no one can tell me it can't be done. I spend a lot of time going through each page and inking out all the F and the really bad M F words. I wish publishers would put out two versions of the books, one without the profanity and I guess one for those who use filthy language in their daily lives. Aside from that I love the action and the stories. I also love how the stories in each book continue from the last book. You get to know more and more about the Gray Man with each new book.

Greaney is in top form!

In the 5th installment of the Gray Man Greaney is at his best. Over the first four books Greaney creates the narrative of a high profile assassin on the run from a CIA shoot on site directive. Well in book 5 you get the back story, and it delivers! It even has a great twist at the end!

Outstanding series!

If you haven't read the Gray Man series, you are definitely missing out on great reads. This one is no different and I've liked it the best of all; Court is amazing. I've bought every one of these books and finish one, pick up the next. Outstanding reads, well-plotted with good characterizations and non-stop (well, almost) action. You won't be disappointed.

Court Gentry is resilient and heroic in this fast-paced thriller by author Mark Greaney!

Gritty, compelling read! Mark Greaney is a master of writing this genre, and handles the suspense and danger equally well. Court Gentry, as The Gray Man, is truly remarkable - and unforgettable! Each book in this series is a stand-alone story, although the common thread compels the reader to reach for every story in the series. Back Blast is filled with Intricate plot twists and government issues, including counter-espionage and life-threatening situations. Highly recommended!

Back Blast (5th in the Gray Man series) is a terrific action thriller,

Terrific action thriller series. "Back Blast" is the fifth of this series by Mark Greany (the first is "The Gray Man"). Enjoyed this volume very much and easily recommend it. I only recently discovered this series. For my taste in such things, it compares well with the Pike Logan series by Brad Taylor, the Joe Ledger series by Jonathan Maberry (though these have a scifi/horror flavor to them), and the Jack Reacher series by Lee Child (with greater variation in the quality of individual Reacher volumes).

The Gray Man

Another great book about "The Gray Man"........highly recommend reading the series....

I love the writing and the characters in this book

I started reading Greaney's Jack Ryan series and decided to pick this novel up as my introduction to the Grey Man series and i absolutely chose the right novel. I love the writing and the characters in this book. Now i have to start fro the beginning on the Grey Man series before i can read the novel after Back Blast! Damn! lol.

Five Stars

One of the best in this seies!

Loved It

You keep rooting for the Gray Man to come out on top, and the suspense is non-stop.
